|Recommended: YesMove-In Review — Overall, I think this is a good choice as a first apartment. The kitchen is workable flows well and there is plenty of space to spread out here. I also appreciate the staff’s efforts to continually improve this complex and it feels like they actually care for their property and tenants, which can be rare to find.
Most qualms so far are just associated standards with living in rental apartments, i.e. limited parking, site being dirty on receipt, rushed paint work, etc.
Right now, my two majors concerns involve the internet access and bathroom construction. I’m still without Wifi even after contacting staff and Metronet themselves. I do understand there’s a lot of units to inspect and bumps with moving in, just mildly disappointing. I partially wish tenants could purchase their own wifi service, but the group rate is nice.
Additionally, the drywall along the bathtub has a spongy texture and can easily be broken off with minimal force. Typically caused by constant exposure to direct water, most likely a former tenant did not close their shower curtain. While not a dealbreaker, it certainly makes the quality of the bathroom drop and raises concerns around mold rot. It would be nice to see this repaired, but it does entail more extensive repair which can be hard to accomplish between tenant move-ins.
All around a relatively quality place with a friendly atmosphere and staff. Spacious units with updated appliances and fixtures make the units feel easy to move-into and carry about your business. Some issues with the older construction buildings, but still feels updated and comfortable.

|Recommended: YesClay Will — Overall everything went very smoothly on move in day. However, some items in the apartment were not done correctly. The paint was not done very well and there are holes in the walls from previous people that I figured would be patched up. I also expect to be able to have access to my wifi directly after moving in, but I still do not.

|Recommended: YesMoving in impressions — No internet when moving in, and the drawers, faucets are a little bit dirty. The sound isolation is poor, I can hear the footsteps on the 3rd floor. Other than these, everything is good. Staff are pretty kind

|Recommended: YesReview Year to Date — I think my only complaint is with the trash on the grounds. It just doesn't seem like they care. And I was kind of bummed that the hot tub hasn't been in operation this year when it was advertised a lot before I signed a lease here. Just seems depressing when the grounds aren't taken care of. The new mulch was a great first step.
